Before taking the plunge and performing a clean wipe of the device, I took inventory of all the applications that I would be reinstalling on a yellow sticky. I thought perhaps it might be worth sharing this list.

Is App world as slow and crap on your BB as mine? I have an Curve 8330. It is just terrible.
Main apps I use:

Google Apps (search, sync, mail, maps)

AIM
Pandora
that is just about it. I'm about a step away from uninstalling App World due to it performing so badly. In reality, it doesn't matter much as I am getting a non-BB later this year (Verizon Nexus One or HTC Desire the leading runnes).
App World really runs quite well on my AT&T BB8900. However I am running an Asian carrier release of OS 5.0 since it is not yet available from AT&T for US devices.
